my doctor, since we are TTC, has takenb me off of paxil
and put me on lezapro. my emotions right now are horrible,
my mood swings are horrible. i am dizzy, my hear hurts, i feel
sick to my stomach. i cant concentrate, my temper is horrible

i am going nuts. i have cried SEVEN times today...over
nothing. and its pretty bad that while you are crying and while
you are upset, you know that its over nothing, but yet you keep on crying and you keep on being upset.

i just broke down in front of the laundry room becuse justin
threw laundry in there without seperating it. i literally
fell on the floor and just started to cry.

i feel like SHIT. i just want this to end, and the doctor said
that this is normal being taken off of paxil, and that it can last for weeks.

i cant take weeks of this. i cant take another day of this.

I went out today and brought a toy that I haven't played with in years. I can not belive how quickly it came back to me though! I got a nintendo!

yep, a real old school nintendo with mario brothers and duck hunt. how quickly it came back to me, and how much fun me and the kids had playing that game! it was well worth the money that I spent on it, I have been wanting one for months now! I just have had this urge to play mario brothers, that game is awesome! i dont care how many gigabytes playstation 348390248329084 has...nintendo is still so neat!

we also got mickey mouse club house game....you know where mieky and minnie are in the house and then they gyo to the ocean and then to the woods? well i kept getting lost in the woods! LOL that game STILL Gets me confused!

My Family

I think that in order to answer some questions that have come up about my family, or that may come up in my family, I am going to explain my family. SO get ready to get confused LOL.

Lets start with my grandmother on my mothers side. I grew up thinking that her husband died...well I found out a few years ago that she was never married, that she was a mistress and got pregnant with my mom. SHOCKING i tell ya lol.

so then there is my mom. She got married to Frank young. Had three children, Kristie Micheal and me. THen they ended up getting divorced and it was nasty. Frank ended up giving up custody of us. SO then Arthur entered the picture. My mom and arthur (who I will now call my dad) got married, and my dad adopted me my sister and my brother. They became foster parents and then my mom got pregnant with my brother AJ. We were living in New York at the time. My parents decided to move to PA, they ended up adopting two of the foster childre. Shawn is mentally and physically handicapped, he is 21 now but on the brain level of a 2 year old. Joey is the other brother that they adopted, he has severe emtotional issues.

They moved out here to PA and my mom got pregnant again with Beau, my younger brother. So now AJ and Beau are my half brothers, Kristie and Micheal are my full siblings and shawn and joey are my adopted brothers.

flash forward a few years. I get courious about frank and decided to write him. Turns out that he has some kids, my half siblings. Mary, Mellissa and John.

An antidepressant, in the most common usage, is a medication taken to alleviate clinical depression or dysthymia ('milder' depression).

Clinical depression (also called major depressive disorder, or sometimes unipolar when compared with bipolar disorder) is a state of intense sadness, melancholia or despair that has advanced to the point of being disruptive to an individual's social functioning and/or activities of daily living.

I have been diagnosed with Clinical Depression. It is a constant struggle in my life to deal with it, to not hide in my bed, or hide on the computer, or to hide in a book or watching TV. It is a constant struggle to not sleep my days away, it is a constant struggle to not yell and scream at my children for no reason at all, it is a constant struggle to keep my marriage alive and well. My life is a struggle, but I am winning with the help of my drugs.

Some say that no one needs antidepressants. That it is all in your mind, that you can "will" yourself better. I disagree. Nothing can "will" me to be better, never in my life can I remember feeling as good as I do when I am on my drugs. I wish that I had found antidepressants throughout high school, maybe my high school life wouldn't have been so miserable, and I wouldn't have had to do drugs to escape the world. Looking back, I see all the signs of depression, which some people thought were just ways for me to act out. I attempted to kill myself FIVE times. Doesn't that show anything? Of course, looking back I can see that I didn't really try to kill myself, I didn't cut deep enough ever, but it WAS a sign of my depression. True, my parents didn't ignore it. I got sent to a mental hospital, where I rebelled and acted like I got better, so that I could get out and I could go get high with my friends.

If I was smart, I would have taken the help that I was offered.

I should be in counseling now, but I just can't make myself do it. i try. Everyday I try to make myself make that phone call and just make that first appointment. But then these days I feel good. Because of my medication. So I say to myself that I don't need the help, knowing full well that I do.

Maybe I will call tomorrow

Thirteen Things I am looking forward to!

1. Having another baby. I can not wait to get pregnant, to experience that joy, and the joy of holding that baby for the first time.

2. My children growing up. Each day they amaze me by how just plain AWESOME they are. I just cant believe that I helped make such WONDERFUL people.

3. My vacation in February. Even though I am not going anywhere, just to get away will be awesome.

4. The first snow. Yea Yea I hate driving in it, but to take my kids out to play in it. i can NOT believe that its January 11, and we have yet to have measurable snow. In PA! gosh.

5. Summer and the beach. Need I say more?

6. Finding a new job.

7. Saving up more money. What a relief it will be to have extra money around.

8. 24 to start. yea its just a TV show, its my FAVORITE.

9. Prison Break to start. yes this is just a TV show to, but its my second favourite LOL.

10. Going to Disney World. When I can afford it, i don't know. but someday I will take my kids there.

11. My friend to have her baby. aw a baby!

12. Meeting some new awesome people. How I will meet them, i don't know, but I am going to try real damn hard to make new friends.

Destinee's Birthday Party

was fun last night. Like I said before, not a lot of people came. Justin's dad and step mother, Justin's mother (who had to be guilted into coming...so much for her changing when her mother died. I'm done with that though, I am not making an effort anymore. Its not worth my time) and my dad and two younger brothers. Destinee got some Barbies, a princess dress up set, a doll house, some my little ponies and twenty dollars. Cayden got some finger paints...that has to bite, to be 3 and not really understand why your sister got so many presents and you got none, so I felt bad and got him some as well.

Some people say that its spoiling my kids, but really think about it. It has to bite. I won't be doing it FOREVER...just until they understand that they each get there own day. Cayden's birthday was in June....I doubt that he remembers all the way back than to all the presents that he got.

Tonight I am dropping the kids off at there pop pops and going out to by Destinee's birthday present. I know that her birthday was on the 3rd, but since her party (if you can even call it that......maybe a small get together) is tomorrow, I only have to go get her gifts tonight. But what to get her is the question? She has so many babies, she could start an Orphanage, she already has a Disney Kitchen....tons of little trinkets. Maybe I can get her a little vanity and some play makeup. She does love makeup....I am also going to get her some nail polish, I love painting her nails, although my husband tends to get mad when he comes home and finds Cayden's toe nails painted as well LOL. Well, it's not like I can say no to him...and its just his toe nails. Right now his toe nails are blue. Blueberry Blue to be exact LOL

So I just spent the last two hours deep purging my kitchen. Everything that I havent used in the last month, and dont see myself using or eating or cooking in the next month, got thrown away. Old papers, reprints of pictures of the kids, old medicine bottles, everything got tossed. I still have to wipe down the counters and sweep and mop the floor, but damn I feel good.

this room WILL stay like this. (did i mention that i have TEN cans of green beans? what the heck do I need with ten CANS of them? and 12 cans of carrots! of course I kept these, because they will be eaten in the next month or so)

Thirteen Things ways I can keep my house cleaner.

1. get rid of all junk mail. the MINUTE it hits my hands from my mailbox, into the garbage it goes. This includes all those annoying papers that come with bills, just save the bill pay part.

2. Throw out everything in the fourth bedroom, expect my moms china. Obviously its been in there since we moved here...over a year ago! And we havent touched it yet, so we dont need it.

3. Set two days a week to do laundry. and DO it. no questions.

4. Set a day each week to clean the bathroom. My most dreaded chore.

5. dont be such a packrat. There is no need to keep EVERYTHING that I have. Its time to start throwing things away.

6. Set the roomba out to clean once a day. It will save me time and energy...which is the reason I got that thing in the first place.

7. get in the habbit of cleaning the cat box every day before I take a shower. That way it wont get gross.

8. Everytime I leave a room, take five things with me that don't belong and put them in the right spot.

9. As I cook dinner, put all the dirty dishes into the sink thats filled with sudsy water. More inclination to clean.

10. set a schedule for a differnt day to clean each room upstairs.

11. get cayden and destinee to clean up after themselves more.

12. stop letting things just lie around. stop being lazy basically.

13. after the kids go to sleep, take 15 minutes to come downstairs and clean up a little. less stress in the morning than!

is the begining of my vacation. Justin went back to work today, so for awhile its just me, the kids, and a list of housecleaning that could go around our house twice. Its amazing how much crap a family of four can go through in a matter of week, and how much cleaning needs to be done.

I've tried flylady...it just didnt work for me. Nothing works for me in the aspect of cleaning, expect maybe making enough money to hire a maid. Like that will ever happen. The kitchen dishes from last night are still calling my name, and upstairs the germs in the bathroom are dancing the jig. I just can't motivate myself enough to go and actually clean. Sometimes I feel like its my day OFF. I shouldnt have to CLEAN on my day off. But I know that its just not possible to FULLY have a day off when you have children. Even if I hired a babysitter for the day just so that I could lie around and do nothing. The thoughts and worries of my children would still circle around my head.

Lets try this whole blogging thing again. It is after all, a new year, a time for new beginings, a time for new habbits to form and a time for old habbits to end.

So I decided that I am going to try and do this blogging thing again. Keep in contact with some friends that I miss like crazy, and maybe even make some new ones.

So lets start off on a good note. For New Years, I am making quite a few News Years Resoloutions. I figure that if I make a bunch maybe I can at least keep one or two.

So, in no par4ticular order, here they are:

Spend more time with my kids. Play with them more and laugh with them more.
Spend less time on the computer...which has gotten a lot better since SM shut down.
Write in a blog at least every other day. Its a good outlet for things.
Learn how to cook more nutrious meals
Keep my house clean and organzied. ALL the time.
Have another baby

Did you just read number 6 right? Yes, yes you did. Justin and I are trying to have another baby. Well...we didnt START yet. But next month we will. Its to late in my cycle this month to try. I am so exicted, I just cant wait. And since most likely this WILL be our last baby, I am going to cherish every moment of it. Including the trying to concieve part.
